Sputtering Targets

Scotech have supplied sputtering targets for semiconductor manufacturing and optical coatings to customers globally for the past 20 years. We supply metal, oxide and nitride targets for magnetron sputtering, from 99.9% – 99.999% purity. We’re able to offer standard circular targets, tiled configurations, backing plates, bonded and complex assemblies to suit customers specific applications. Targets bonded to MeiVac type backing plates and ready made with magnetic keepers are also availble. Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to customise a quotation to your specific requirements.

Evaporation Material

Scotech has a strong background in E-beam and thermal evaporation processing, which we apply to the supply of our pellets and granules for evaporation. We supply metals, oxides and nitrides in a variety of pellet and granule size, from 99.9% – 99.999% purity. Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to customise a quotation to your specific requirements.

Precious Metals

We specialise in the supply of premium precious metals — including gold, platinum, and palladium — available in pellet form and sputtering targets. Our materials are sourced and refined to the highest purity standards to ensure exceptional performance in research, coating, and manufacturing applications.

For e-beam evaporation processes, we offer low-carbon gold, renowned for its superior quality and reduction in spit events which can lead to device damage and inclusions.

In addition, we offer a precious metals reclaim service, where we can reclaim deposited metal from deposition shields or spent crucibles and spent sputtering targets. The value of the reclaimed material can be used as credit against the purchase of new material.
